We hope you have been enjoying access to your account online through Home CU, our internet banking tool. If you haven’t had the chance to do so already, please contact our office and we will be happy to get you started. As an additional feature we have added a direct link to E-STATEMENTS on the account access page. E-Statements can be accessed, viewed and even printed from your own personal computer at your convenience. This allows our members an even easier way to keep track of account balances in the privacy of their own home.

Through the innovative and creative ideas of Timber Creek Design & Construction Company we now call 101 East Union Street Station our home. We look forward to seeing you there and offering our members the same great service we have in the past. If you should need assistance in locating our office please feel free to contact us.

A two lane drive thru is available at our new Union Street location which will allow for quick convenient transactions curbside. We are also pleased to announce that we now offer our members an on-site FEE Free ATM where you will be able to enjoy all of the services you have in the past from other locations in our Co-Op Network.

We sincerely hope that these changes will make things more convenient as we continue to strive to serve our members needs.

Although our services are similar to a bank, the philosophy of our credit union is quite different. As a member-owned, non-profit financial institution, our credit union is run strictly for the benefit of our members. We strive to provide members with higher yields on savings and lower rates on loans. Decisions are made by a Board of Directors, elected by our membership. Our goal is to help each member attain a strong and secure financial future.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A
NEW CREDIT UNION ACCOUNT

The events of September 11th, 2001, changed the way in which SFCU conducts business as it relates to the opening of new accounts. In order to assist the federal government and it’s agencies, as well as to comply with newly created federal regulations, SFCU must now obtain, verify, record and document information that identifies each person who opens a credit union account. The purpose of this action is to assist in fighting terrorist funding and money laundering activities.

When opening a new credit union account, you will be asked your full name, address, date of birth, and other relevant information that will help the credit union identify and verify your personal identity and citizenship status. You will be asked to provide valid photograph identification, such as a Pennsylvania Driver’s License. We thank you in advance in assisting us in this matter.
